We got stuck in beautiful Banff because record rains took out the Meager Creek bridge in Canmore, and caused mudslides on the remaining five highways out of Banff. After three days stuck, we had to get out. It was 2am right after playing a killer show at Wild Bill’s, we were sweaty and tired but Scraggly Dan needed to get to his brother’s wedding.

The highway reports warned us that the bridge was out. The highway signs warned us the highway was closed. But if anyone ‘a gonna cross it… MOONSHINE ‘a gonna cross it!
